In order to simplify your experience with Maxx Eyewear, you are no longer required to register your product.
All Maxx Eyewear products are warrantied against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of your sunglasses within the first 30 days of purchase, simply contact customer service to inform us of your concern, then return the defective product to the address below and we will replace them free of charge.
All Maxx Eyewear frames are warrantied against breakage. If your sunglass frames break, contact customer service to inform us of your concern, then return the damaged pair, along with a payment of $9.95 (for processing, restocking, shipping and handling) to the address below, and we will send you a new pair or a suitable replacement.
