Company sent the wrong glasses, both the wrong model and color. I sent a screenshot showing the correct glasses that had been ordered and of the glasses received. Tried to complete the exchange process online and the system would not let me ordered the correct glasses without an additional charge because the glasses were no longer on sale. Tried to resolve the issue through several emails and even asked to have a supervisor contact me (which never happened). Responses were always short and less than helpful and friendly. At no point did the company offer to make things right. It would have been real easy to indicate that they would send the correct pair that was ordered. The company would not even acknowledge they had done anything wrong. The snapshot of the order clearly showed that I had ordered white glasses, and they shipped black glasses.
