Maxx 5 Rimless HD Sunglasses - Tortoise Brown

Very happy with sunglasses.

Top of these glasses rub too close to my eyebrows and are uncomfortable to me. Lenses are great, love the look, just wrong sized head. Other Maxx glasses I have are great!

Email sent to customer service:
I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service and follow up provided by your company. It has taken a lot of my time and effort over the last week working with USPS to resolve the delivery issue which was caused by your company's error. Attached please find a scan of the packing list and pictures of the shipping labels on the actual package which I received today. Your email states you shipped to XXXXX, but the packing list and shipping labels have XXXXX (incorrect address). Your email also noted that it was me who selected USPS and there was nothing you could do; however, it turns out that USPS went out of their way to help sort out this error. I am bothered that your organization did not even provide me the courtesy of actually checking or rechecking the packing list and labels when I initially contacted you. While I love these sunglasses and have purchased from your company in the past, I will have to think twice before ordering from you again.

Right temple was bowed was real obvious. Thus the glasses are not straight. Look really funny only wear while driving. Second pair I
purchased both were same out of shape. Not happy at all.
